Wow! When I was asked by Editor Mike to be a moderator back in March, I didn't realize a life sentence in here with you guys would follow. My wife thinks it's funny all the places I have read or write posts. Then she started rattling them off. I added more. There really are a lot. Here are a good portion of them, written either on my I-Pad or my Samsung Galaxy:

    1. In the dining room
    2. In my office
    3. In my bed
    4. In the living room
    5. In the bathroom (great visual, huh?)
    6. In the bathtub (another great visual)
    7. As a passenger in the car
    8. As a driver in the car (bit by bit at stoplights)
    9. At the beach
    10. By my pool
    11. In the gym between clients
    12. At SiriusXM before/after the show
    13. At SiriusXM DURING the show
    14. In airport waiting rooms
    15. On the plane (in "Airplane Mode")
    16. In a doctor's office waiting for an appointment
    17. At each of my kid's homes while babysitting
    18. At ringside
    19. In my hotel room at the International Boxing Hall of Fame
    20. On the grounds of the IBHOF (did this in June on my phone)
    21. In the movies (during the 20 minutes of previews)
    22. In restaurants (I know, this one has got to stop!)
    23. On the Long Island Railroad to and from NYC
    24. In a hospital waiting room
    25. On my leather lounger
    26. In the car, waiting for my wife while she shopped for shoes
    27. Waiting in line at the Apple store
    28. Waiting in the T-Mobile store
    29. Waiting for my wife, who is "getting ready" for a Saturday night out.
    30. In bed, waiting for my wife, who has just gotten a call from one of our five grown kids! (I know, T.M.I.!!!)

I'm sure there are more, but these quickly popped in my head.

Amayseng...this is overly mushy, but my wife is totally my best friend. Too many of my friends have great wives, but those great wives lack one thing my friends wish they had--a love for boxing. That's my Roni. She watches the sport, listens to the sport, reads the sport and watches the sport. She knows and loves so many of the game's top fighters.

We'll be heading to Barclay's in a little while to take in tonight's card. The good thing about main event mismatches: The early ending means we won't be missing the 12:15a.m. train home!
